Panasonic Aquarea T-CAP R32 fault H75

Low water flow during defrost process

Heat pump

What it means

Heating operation at low water temperature with lower water flow may trigger H75 during defrost process.

Likely causes

  1. Low water flow rate in water circuit
  2. Water flow below 15 l/min during main pump operation
  3. Flow switch fault or no flow detected
  4. Vacuum pump oil backflow into charge hoses without proper prevention
  5. Removing refrigerant pipes while compressor is running and valve is open

Where to start

  1. Check water flow through service setup (Pump Max Speed)
  2. Confirm the maximum water flow during main pump operation is not less than 15 l/min
  3. Verify water pump turns ON immediately upon indoor unit ON request
