Panasonic Aquarea T-CAP R32 fault F40
Outdoor discharge pipe temperature sensor abnormality
Heat pumpWhat it means
During startup and operation of cooling and heating, the temperatures detected by the outdoor discharge pipe temperature sensor are used to determine sensor error.
Likely causes
- Faulty connector connection
- Faulty outdoor unit PCB (main)
- Indoor communication error
Where to start
- Measure resistance of outdoor discharge pipe temperature sensor with connector unplugged
- Turn OFF the power and check the CN-DIS connector connection. If not normal, there is connector poor contact - correct the connection.
- If CN-DIS connector connection is normal, plug out connector from the outdoor unit PCB (main) and measure the resistance of the outdoor discharge pipe temperature sensor.
