Mitsubishi Ecodan fault 14

In 2-zone temperature control, only Zone2 does not reach the set temperature

Heat pump

What it means

Zone2 fails to reach its set temperature when running 2-zone temperature control, typically because hot water temperature in Zone2 cannot exceed that in Zone1 when both zones are in heating mode.

Likely causes

  1. Normal operation (Zone2 hot water temperature does not exceed Zone1 when both in heating mode)
  2. Faulty wiring of motorized mixing valve
  3. Faulty installation of motorized mixing valve
  4. Incorrect setting of Running time
  5. Motorized mixing valve failure

Where to start
