Likely causes

  1. Incorrect BCC fitted for boiler range/output
  2. BCC not securely inserted
  3. BCC faulty

Where to start

  1. Verify correct BCC for boiler is fitted (check label on BCC)
  2. Check BCC is securely inserted into PCB slot
  3. Replace BCC with new correct BCC and reset boiler
