Vokera Vibe fault SFS

STOP FOR SERVICE (permanent inhibition)

Gas boiler

What it means

SFS (STOP FOR SERVICE) signal indicates the permanent inhibition of all requests for heating and domestic hot water, triggered when parameter 706=1 and parameter 707=0. This is not resettable.

Likely causes

  1. Service deadline exceeded (parameter 707)
  2. Fixed operating period for service call (parameter 707) has reached 0 with function mode 706=1

Where to start

  1. Check parameter 706 setting (must be 1 for this behavior)
  2. Check parameter 707 value - SFS appears when 707 = 0
  3. Observe water pressure icon flashing on display to confirm high efficiency mode is running

Safety: Isolate gas and power before you open the case. If you have been into the gas side, do a tightness test, and a combustion and flue check before you hand back. Gas Safe (UK) or RGI (Ireland) work only.
