What it means

Pump does not start because the power supply to the unit is switched off.

Likely causes

  1. The power supply is switched off
  2. Solder joint heat damaging plastic pump components
  3. Air pockets from incorrectly routed pipework
  4. Additional outlet fittings on inlet pipework causing incorrect flow switch operation

Where to start

  1. Check power supply status
  2. Switch off power supply for ten seconds
  3. Switch power supply back on
