Gradual reduction in water flow over time, indicating water starvation to the unit.

Likely causes

  1. Blocked filter
  2. Blocked or air-locked water supply pipe

Where to start

  1. Check the filter is not blocked - isolate the electricity supply and then remove the cover
  2. Make sure the water supply pipe is not blocked or air locked
  3. Open the bleed screw on the pump unit by rotating two revolutions
