Samsung Heat pump fault E507
Comp down due to high pressure or high pressure switch open
Heat pumpWhat it means
Compressor shut down due to detected high pressure condition or the high pressure switch opening.
Likely causes
- Excessive refrigerant pressure
- High pressure switch fault
- Blocked condenser/heat exchanger
- Fan failure causing poor heat rejection
Where to start
- Check system refrigerant pressure
- Check high pressure switch continuity
